FIT (Fashion Institute of Technology) NYC hosted its first comic con Diversity Comic Con in NYC as part of Civility Week. A celebration of the various backgrounds of people in the comic book industry and the characters that shape us. It was a nice small con for those that enjoy the more intimate setting of smaller comic cons without the overcrowdedness of a NY Comic Con.



I was given the honor to talk to various artists throughout the con and talk to them about what diversity in comics meant to them as well as who their influences were growing up.
